2020 Farm to Table Dinner

Prescott Farmers Market invites you to celebrate local food at its finest at the 4th Annual Farm to Table Dinner on Saturday, August 29, 2020! Tickets are available through Wednesday, August 5, 2020.

Our unique circumstances this year have had us working behind the scenes for the last several weeks to transition the dinner to an at-home Farm to Table Dinner experience. Our four chefs are busy collaborating on a delicious 4-course meal featuring 100% Arizona-grown ingredients, which we will deliver to you in a commemorative insulated tote. The meal will arrive cold and some courses will require reheating before being served. Just because we can't all be together doesn't mean that we can't make it special! We encourage you to host a small farm to table dinner party at home with close friends and family if you feel comfortable doing so. In addition to the meal, we'll be delivering bouquets of local flowers and up to two drinks.

In short, here’s what to expect:

1. Our amazing local chefs will prepare a delicious ready-to-reheat four-course meal featuring 100% AZ-grown ingredients. 

2. Our staff and volunteers will deliver the meal, flowers, and drinks to your door with instructions for heating/serving on Saturday, August 29th (note this date change from Sunday, August 30th). We expect to deliver between 3:00pm and 5:00pm so that your cocktail hour might begin on time.

3. Rather than gathering at the Holiday Courtyard, we encourage you to host a farm-to-table dinner with close friends and family at your own home if you feel comfortable doing so. 

4. We'll be providing short videos and instructions for reheating and plating the food and encouraging people to share photos of their party.

The annual Farm to Table Dinner is Prescott Farmers Market's single fundraising event. Funds from this event help us fulfill our mission to support and expand local agriculture, cultivate a healthy community and increase access to affordable local food. We are disappointed to need to adjust our plans once again, but the health of our community is our top priority.

Tickets are $150 per person. Each individual meal costs $150. The fair market value of the ticket is $80. Therefore, $70 of the ticket price is tax deductible or can be used as an Arizona State tax credit. Visit https://give.classy.org/2020f2t to learn more and purchase tickets.
