| Celebrate America 250 with Prescott Public Library by designing a custom bookmark! Whether they draw, paint, take photos, or make digital art, local youth (ages 5-18) are invited to enter our Bookmark Contest and design a bookmark celebrating the 250th anniversary of the United State of America! Pick up an entry form with the full contest guidelines at the Youth Desk or download a copy from our website, then turn in your completed bookmark by Saturday, April 11. Winners will be selected from three age categories: 5-9, 10-13, and 14-18. And, choosing the contest winners will be up to you! During National Library Week from April 15-25, stop by the Youth area to cast your vote for your favorite bookmark in each age category. Winners will be announced on April 30, and our three winners will each receive a $50 prize package and have their bookmarks printed to be distributed here at the library! Questions about the Bookmark Contest? Please visit or call the Youth Desk at 928.777.1537. The bookmark contest is presented with funds from the Friends of the Prescott Public Library. |
