Program Description

Event Details

Prescott Valley Public Library will be hosting Alzheimer’s Support Group – on the second & fourth Monday @ 10:00– 11:30 am. Support Groups provide a forum to share feelings, concerns, information and learn new skills. Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's or dementia can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. This supportive, welcoming group offers a safe space to share your feelings, concerns, and experiences with others who truly understand.

Facilitated by trained professionals, the group provides valuable resources, helpful information, and opportunities to learn new skills to better support your loved one. While most of our groups are tailored for family members and friends, we also offer specialized groups for individuals in the early stages of dementia.

Whether you're looking for advice, emotional support, or simply a chance to connect, we invite you to join us. Together, we can navigate the challenges of care giving with strength and community.

No registration is required but space is limited.
