Prescott Valley Public Library will be hosting the Alzheimer’s Association: Understanding Dementia Behaviors, June 27th, 2022. Behavior is a powerful form of communication especially as the ability to use language is lost. Learn some of the common triggers for behaviors associated with dementia, how to assess the person’s needs, and how to intervene effectively.
