Foam Fun for the entire Family! Bubbles, popsicles, music and mayhem all to celebrate the start of Color Our World Summer Reading Program. Show up at High Desert Park at 9:30 AM to party for an hour with your friends and neighbors. Brought to you by the Black Canyon City Library Board.
