Prescott Valley Public Library will be hosting an Art Sampler class: Desert Scenes for Beginners on October 2, 2025, from 5:30-6:30PM. 

Join us for Desert Scenes, a free Art Sampler workshop where you’ll learn how to paint stunning desert scenes using acrylics. This beginner-friendly class provides all supplies and guidance; you just bring your imagination. Experiment with color, texture, and technique as you create your own Southwest-inspired masterpiece to take home.

This series is taught by Audrey Ashcraft, a local artist with experience working in many mediums.  Having grown up in a military family, she has traveled extensively, allowing her to learn about art and culture from many corners of the globe.  Audrey is excited to share her passion for art with the community.
