Whether you're a complete beginner or have some meditation experience, this free, welcoming program is for you! We’ll guide you through simple techniques that help release daily stress and bring clarity to your mind. Come on the 2nd Monday of this month and experience the calming power of meditation. Chairs will be provided, but feel free to bring a cushion for added comfort. Don’t miss out on this chance to improve your well-being!
