***CONCERT CANCELLED DUE TO ILLNESS***

On Thursday, November 4th The Pseudos will bring their unique blend of classic rock with a sprinkle of country and jazz to the Fireplace Room of the Camp Verde Library from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. This will be their fourth musical reunion concert since 1998, and the first time they’ve performed in Arizona. The concert is free, and all are welcome.

United in friendship, The Pseudos have been playing music since 1964, and have honed their skills in various other bands over the years. Bringing the 5 of them together from across the country takes a lot of planning, and are special events they’ve looked forward to over the decades.
The Pseudos have come a long way from the converted chicken coop in Utica, Michigan, where they rehearsed and recorded music after being inspired by the rich and fertile music scene of the 1960’s. Their self-penned 45 rpm single “It's a Long Way to Nowhere” was released in 1966.
Though their creative endeavors took them in different directions, their friendship has endured. Playing music and songwriting continues to be a major part of their lives.

Paul Gazda has lived in Sedona since 1987 and currently plays guitar, vocals and harmonies with The Eclectics. Larry Gazda lives in New Orleans, and has played in numerous professional bands, and delighted Arizona locals with his guitar, piano and vocals while living in Rimrock in 2020. Doug Hoppa plays regularly in venues around Fenton, Michigan. Tom Boehmer has recorded several CDs while performing in Dallas, Texas. Chick Powers lives in Interlochen, Michigan and performs with Doug Hoppa and friends. Cathy Gazda, who plays percussion and sings with The Eclectics, will be joining the Pseudos as a special guest at this concert.
