Event Details

Prescott Valley Public Library is hosting an in–person program, Chair Yoga, on Thursday, September 19th, 2024, from 12 – 1:15 pm. Chair Yoga is appropriate for all levels.  Chair yoga makes yoga accessible without the worry of getting up and down to and from the floor.  We will work on improving balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation techniques. 

Instructor Lori Wallach has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and has experience teaching all kinds of yoga, from power yoga to meditation.
