A supporting character is a character who plays a role in the main character’s story Supporting characters can do things like add depth to your story, establish context for your world, help or hurt your main character on their journey, and make the story fun and interesting. Supporting characters can play many roles in a story, such as sidekicks, romantic interests, mentors, and confidants. We will perform written exercises in order to develop several supporting characters. Join us on Wednesdays, October 11th, 18th, and 25th, & Nov. 1st, 2023, from 12-2 pm. We will develop and learn how to incorporate supporting characters in your story to add depth to support your characters and plot.
Registration is for a 4-week class series.
