Event Details

Arizona is not known for spectacular displays of fall colors.  However, hikers can enjoy several sites in Arizona where beautiful displays of fall colors can dazzle and delight without spending hours on the road or resorting to looking online.  For example, the San Francisco Peaks have several trails where hikers can enjoy millions of beautiful aspen leaves floating to the ground all around them, such as the Kachina Trail, the Bear Jaw Abineau Trail, the Weatherford Trail, etc.  Also, the White Mountains boast a number of trails where fall colors are glorious, such as Escudilla and the Bear Wallow Wilderness.  Anywhere aspens are recovering from fire are good places to see glorious fall colors. Further afield, going beyond Arizona, places such as Mt. Charleston in Nevada and southwest Colorado offer even more hikes which will take your breath away this time of year.

Space is limited.  Video sessions are also available.  If you have any questions, call Ted at 928-642-1295.
