Flora for Hikers: Oddballs

The holiday season wouldn't be complete without a few oddballs lurking about.  You will surely encounter them, at least hikers will for they are growing on the hills and along our favorite trails.  Oddball plants?  Sure, you know, plants that don't grow on the ground, plants that eat animals, plants that shoot seeds through the air at 24 meters/second and make food out of thin air!  This and so much more.  Simply amazing.  Some are even edible.  Samples/specimens provided.
