Celebrate the beginning of Summer Reading with a fun-filled hour of FOAM madness at High Desert Park!  There will be snacks, music and excitement for the whole family!  This foam party is the kick-off for the Adventure Begins at Your Library Summer Reading Program.  What is a foam party?  Check out this video:
