Sign up to participate in a one-hour focus group discussion to share your important thoughts on improving the wellbeing of Yavapai County residents. All participants will receive a $25 Visa gift card for your time and participation.

Participation is limited to the first 12 people who sign up for each session until all sessions are filled. Participants are only eligible to participate in one session.
