Perimenopause can feel mysterious, frustrating, or even a bit lonely—but it’s a wholly natural phase of life with plenty of options for relief and support. In this session, we’ll break down what perimenopause actually is, what symptoms to expect, and practical strategies for feeling better. We’ll cover traditional treatments, bioidentical options, and evidence-based supplements, all in a way that’s honest, supportive, and easy to understand. Shurine Pate is a board-certified nurse practitioner and owner of Pate Complete Healthcare. She specializes in adults and geriatrics in primary care, and provides wellness services including weight loss programs and bioidentical hormone therapy. Shurine believes in empowering women to understand their health and make informed, confident choices.
Health Talks are held in partnership with Yavapai County Community Health Services.
