Prescott Valley Public Library will be hosting Health Talks: A Wellness and Prevention Series provided by Yavapai County Community Health Services. This month’s presentation is How to Chill Out: Skills for Reducing anxiety & Regulating Emotions. Please join us on Thursday, July 20th, to learn how the nervous system is activated and common responses to feeling vulnerable, anxious, and overwhelmed. After this presentation, you will know 5 skills for reducing anxiety. This presentation is for anyone who experiences anxiety or works with those who are anxious.

Dr. Andrea Annibale is a Licensed Psychologist and the Owner of ONE Psychological Services in Prescott, Arizona. She describes her approach as humanistic, trauma-informed, and solution-focused. She works with teens and adults and enjoys helping people who are facing life transitions, exploring their identity, and looking for ways to make life less chaotic and more manageable.
