"They say it's edible. What do you think?" We'll sample some of the edible plants found on hikes in Arizona, corner to corner: KOFAs, Canyon de Chelly, Chiricahua Mountains, Hualapai Mountains, Beaver Dam Mountains, Meteor Crater and San Francisco Peaks.
