Prescott Valley Public Library will be hosting a program Managing Your Money in Retirement, as part of our Financial Literacy series on Tuesday, January 7th, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. The Prescott Valley Public Library is excited to continue its Financial Literacy series with an insightful workshop, Managing Your Money in Retirement. This program is designed to help retirees and those nearing retirement better understand how to manage their finances during this pivotal stage of life. 

During this one-hour session, attendees will explore two key areas critical for retirement planning. The first focus will be on identifying common types of income streams available during retirement. The second part of the workshop will delve into strategies for sequencing the drawdown of savings and investment funds to maximize their income and minimize tax implications. This session will provide actionable insights and examples to help participants make informed decisions about their financial future.
