Presenter: Rich Peterson

Rich earned a BS degree in Geology from Arizona State University in 1976 and had a 28-year career as a geologist and program director in oil & gas exploration and production research projects. After retiring from that career in 2004, Rich moved to Chino Valley and pursued Yavapai College degrees in green building technology and agriculture, both long-standing personal interests. Rich also completed the Yavapai County Cooperative Extension Master Gardener course in 2011 and is an active member of the Master Gardener Association. Rich has been a Yavapai College Production Horticulture adjunct instructor, teaching assistant, and greenhouse technician.
