Event Details

Have you tested postive for COVID? Do you still have symptoms weeks later, such as: 

* Tiredness or fatigue

* Brain fog

* Chest pain

* Difficulty breathing 

* Stomach pain or issues

* Trouble sleeping

* Muscle or joint pain

If so, representatives from Northern Arizona University would like you complete a 90 minute one-on-one conversation.  To participate you must:

* Be 18 years or older

* Live in northern Arizona

* Identify as as an essential worker
