Prescott Valley Public Library, in partnership with SilverKite Community Art Classes presents Paper Flowers, Saturday, March 19th, 2022 @ 1:30 pm. In this workshop you’ll learn some basic techniques to transform paper into a beautiful blossoms. Paper flowers can be as fancy or playful as your imagination and materials will allow.
Here are some suggested supplies. See what you have around your house.
- An assortment of paper: construction paper, card stock, magazines, tissue paper, crepe paper, paper streamers, etc.
- An assortment of adhesives: Tacky Glue or other craft glue, double stick tape, glue stick, hot glue, or floral tape.
- Stem materials: could include floral wire, sculpture wire, pipe cleaners, straws or sticks
- Scissors
- Something to score paper, it could be a bone folder, popsicle stick or a dried-out ballpoint pen
