Event Details
Due to overwhelming response, we have added a second session of class #1. This is a repeat of class 1, not a different class.
Prescott Valley Public Library will be hosting a new six class gardening series, Plant To Plate, in collaboration with Yavapai County Master Gardeners, on January 20, 2022 from 5:30-6:45 pm. We are excited to welcome you to the first class in our new series, Planning Your Garden. This class will show you the step by step process to get your garden started. Participants will receive a garden planning journal.
Come away with ideas on:
- Choosing your site
- Making a planting plan
- Crop rotation by plant family
- Making a planting map
- Common crop chart
Presenter: Laurin Pause
This program is free. Pre-registration is required for each of the 6 classes. Each class in the series will be held on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 5:30-6:45 pm.
