No matter how well a book is written, the cover can determine if it is picked up or left on the shelf. In this presentation, local Graphic Artist and Cover Designer, Lewis Agrell will explore the importance of creating great covers for specific genres and share examples of how cover designs work to improve sales. Agrell will also touch on the difference between covers made with a vendor's cover making program and hiring a professional designer. Prescott Writers is hosted by Central Arizona Writers and presented with funding from the Friends of the Prescott Public Library.
