Program Description

Event Details

This is a 55 minute strength class.  We use dumbbells and bands with handles.  Focusing on muscle endurance we suggest using medium weight when beginning this class.  With consistency, you will develop stronger muscles, which in turn will help stabilize your joints, increase your range of motion and burn a lot of calories.  We finish the class off with a soothing stretch.
