You may want to join us for ‘Replacing The Blue, Creating A True Christmas’.
This will be a webinar/class/playshop that will help to create awareness about reducing stress and assist in remembering and stepping into our authenticity, and what it feels like to choose joy.
What will it take to embrace greater possibilities of what we’d like to create in our world?
Are you ready to bring a greater level of joy into your awareness?
We will be offering an informative and fun —interactive look at being responsible for evaluating what we want and do not want in our lives.
What messages we are providing our environment to conspire to co-create with us?
Take home some effective tips for respecting and loving ourselves, giving us a greater capacity to love others...and also increase our allowance to receive.
Laughing will be a requirement of the day. Is it time to break through the old stories and patterns of the past? If so, check your story at the door. Choose to make it your time to give yourself an amazing Christmas gift! The gift of presence and a fresh outlook on what it will take to choose joy...to choose life...to choose to honor your heart this Christmas.

The day is planned for adults, but I would love to encourage the attendance of teenagers who are looking to expand their insight and awareness of how to be 'happy' - by finding it within.
There will also be a segment of this program that deals with reducing stress around the holidays and ideas to assist with sadness, grief and depression. Discussion on responding creatively to life and becoming passionate about living fully.
