During this interactive cooking class we'll make Rose Lassi and Coconut Layered Burfi. Rose Lassi is a twist on the standard Mango Lassi that most people are familiar with. The rose syrup gives the lassi a unique flavor and a beautiful pink hue. Layered coconut burfi is an easy dessert that comes together quickly and can be made ahead of time if you’re having guests over. Separating the layers and adding food coloring makes it a visually appealing dessert as well.

What you'll need:
LAYERED COCONUT BURFI INGREDIENTS
• 3 cups desiccated coconut
• 400g condensed milk
• ¼ tsp ground cardamom (cardamom powder)
• 2-3 tsp melted ghee
• Red Food Coloring
ROSE LASSI INGREDIENTS
• 2 cup Curd/yogurt
• 3/4 cup Rose syrup
• 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
• Powdered sugar , as per your taste
• Almond, Pistachios, for garnishing
