Prescott Valley Public Library in partnership with Silverkite Community Art Classes presents Intro to Oil Pastels-Saturday, May 13th, 2023, at 10:30-11:30 am. Join us as we draw non-representational shapes in oil pastels and learn how to mix colors and blend values.


What you'll need:

  • Watercolor paper
  • HB graphite pencil
  • 12-color oil pastels
  • wooden toothpicks.
