Purpose of Meeting

A tutorial on safety, awareness, and emergency response from a trainer who is a certified "refuse to be a victim" instructor.

Have you ever wondered what often happens before someone attacks you, or simply spotting the signs that you might be unsafe? What if your attacker has a weapon and ambushes you or someone you care about? If you feel unsafe going to and from your work or to the store, how can you do so with confidence? If you relate to any of these questions, this training is definitely for you!!

Topics covered: Signs of human trafficking, kidnapping, criminal activity, cyber attacks leading to human trafficking, spotting signs of danger to report to authorities, and other statistics will be covered in the presentation portion. In the hands-on portion, we will cover: getting out of a grab, use of pepper spray (water, outside, as a training prop), flashlight, and/or tactical pen as defensive tools, knife disarm, machete disarm, pistol disarm, rifle disarm. First Aid is covered as well.
