Purpose of Meeting

The practice of Spring Forest Qigong is so simple that it can be done at any age and with any physical capability. In fact, the movements can be done sitting, standing or lying down! It requires no equipment and oftentimes improved physical and emotional well-being is experienced within the first few classes.

I am offering 1 introductory Qigong class per month at the library.
