Join NACOG Area Agency on Aging at the Dewey-Humboldt Town Library for our 8 week Tai Chi for Balance workshop. First class will start on May 12th and run through June 30 (bi-weekly). Our program is lead by certified Tai Chi for Health Instructors and is available to older adults of all abilities.
