Event Details

Tai Chi for Health is designed to improve balance, relieve pain, build confidence, and improve the quality of life!  Each session includes warmups, learning 1-2 forms, and cool-downs.

Weekly, for 8 weeks starting Tuesday, June 14th.  Please call for more information and to register for the class.
