Prescott Valley Public Library will be hosting Tai Chi every Thursday, for an 8-week series in the 3rd floor Crystal Room. Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Tai chi is sometimes described as meditation in motion because it promotes serenity through gentle movements, connecting the mind and body. Tai Chi has been shown to improve balance and flexibility, relieve pain, build confidence, and improve quality of life.
Registration is for a 8-week class series.
Attendance is required for the first class. If you miss the first class, you will be removed from the class but are welcome to register for the next class series.
Class will meet on Thursdays, February 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd
March 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd, 2023
