Talk and tasting by local craft chocolate maker, Joanne Kim of Suna Chocolate, is a brief walk through the rich history of cacao and chocolate.

  • Taste cacao as was ingested by the Mesoamericans
  • To the drinking of chocolate enjoyed by Europeans
  • Finally to chocolate as we know it today.
