In partnership with Arizona Fish and Game and the Arizona Wildlife Federation, Cottonwood Public Public Library is proud to present the Teen Fly Fishing Clinic, Wednesday, June 29th at 1:30 at Dead Horse Ranch State Park.

 

Practice fly fishing from professional mentors, learn about conservation, and enjoy pizza in this five hour program. You must provide your own transportation to and from the event.

Poles, lunch, and other equipment provided. Teens will be mentored by professionals from Arizona Game and Fish, and library staff will be present at all times.  

You will spend a portion of the time in the water and walking along the river, so wear sensible shoes and clothes that can get wet, and please bring sunscreen, bug repellent, and other necessities if needed.

 

Dead Horse Ranch State Park. Ramada #2, in Jay Loop, in between the 2nd and 3rd lagoon. It's a covered picnic area.
