Energy Yoga includes tapping and slapping the body to increase movement of blood and energy through the body. Enjoy exercising your whole body by increasing flexibility through joint rotations and stretching.
Mums is where Moms uplift one another, discuss important topics, chat with other moms in our community, and let our children play while we all get the social time we need. This is intended for moms and their children ages 0-5.
Children ages 8-12 are welcome to come and learn social and emotional skills through games and hands-on activities. Mondays 3:30-4:30 pm.
The Cottonwood Public Library is now offering ESL classes every Monday. The classes start at 6pm and end at 7:30pm, and are held at the Cottonwood Recreation Center, 150 S. 6th St.
