Purpose of Meeting

Everyone is welcome to an introductory class on Qigong, a gentle practice that can be done at any age and with any level of physical ability. Movements may be performed sitting, standing, or lying down.

Families and children of all ages are welcome to join us for a storytime. We’ll have fun in an interactive environment, hear a story, learn early literacy skills, play, sing and dance. Saturdays 10-10:30am.
