Energy Yoga includes tapping and slapping the body to increase movement of blood and energy through the body. Enjoy exercising your whole body by increasing flexibility through joint rotations and stretching.

Teens ages 13-18 come hang out in the Teen Zone! Activities change each week but can include crafting, socializing, playing games, and more. Wednesdays 3-5 pm.
Kids ages 6-12 can hang out with friends while discussing Pokemon. Kids will also play Pokemon games and activities. Every third Wednesday from 3:30-4:15 pm.
