Foster your child's love of books, learning, and the library with 30 minutes of stories, songs, and activities for children, ages 3-5, and their grownups. |
Come share short stories, fun songs, early literacy tips, and kindergarten readiness skills.
Class is 30-45 minutes long.

Find a place to lounge and hang out with your friends after school. Teens can play games, chat, eat snacks, color, and more. All teens are welcome! We meet on the 3rd floor in the Crystal Room. Registration is not required.

Join us at the Clark Memorial Library for a dynamic 2-hour poetry workshop led by veteran writer and consultant Carol Levin. Learn the art of crafting flowing poetry: covering rhyming, non-rhyming, haiku, and tanka.

Join a group of tweens every second Wednesday of the month at 3:00pm for the after school game club. We'll be having fun playing lots of new games and making friends.
An inductive Bible study going through the books of the Bible chapter by chapter, verse by verse allowing the Bible to interpret the Bible.

Join Friends and neighbors as we enjoy pizza with a movie: "Hotel Rwanda" with Don Cheadle. After school.
Teens ages 13-18 come hang out in the Teen Zone! Activities change each week but can include crafting, socializing, playing games, and more. Wednesdays 3-5 pm.
Garden to Table Cooking Class for children ages 6-13 using the library's kitchen. Meets weekly for 2 weeks at the same time and location.

Alcoholics Anonymous meets every Wednesday (except on Holidays and Closures) in the Black Canyon City Community Library's meeting room.
