Energy Yoga includes tapping and slapping the body to increase movement of blood and energy through the body. Enjoy exercising your whole body by increasing flexibility through joint rotations and stretching.
Come meet other parents and chat while your children play. This is intended for caregivers and their children ages 0-5.

When you're told you have a stroke, you are immediately thinking the worst. When you try to be normal, it doesn't work out, but if you can find your new strength, it will be different but it can be wonderful.
Chess Group
Come play (or learn to play!) chess! All ages and skill levels welcome. Held year-round except on National Holidays. Chess sets provided or bring your own.
Children ages 8-12 are welcome to come and learn social emotional skills through games and hands-on activities. Mondays 3:30-4:30pm.

Musicians Open Mic Night at the library! Takes place weekly every Monday. Coffee and water are available at no charge, attendees may bring cookies or other small snacks for a snack potluck.

The Cottonwood Public Library is now offering ESL classes every Monday. The classes start at 6pm and end at 7:30pm, and are held at the Cottonwood Recreation Center, 150 S. 6th St.
