Join us for Intro to Qigong, a practice designed to improve your health and well-being. Tai Chi, performed for health purposes, is a form of Qigong, and this class will be guided by a certified staff instructor.
Geared toward children ages 0-5. Come enjoy music, dancing, a book, and a craft. This program is for children and their caregiver. Thursdays 10-11am.

Come recycle with us! We will have several stations where you can recycle paper into beautiful art or just plain fun. Will be doing "Give Mona Lisa a Make-over", Paper Beads, Paper Chains and a few other fun projects.
Children 6 and up can sign up to read to a therapy dog. This helps build confidence in reading. Registration required. Thursdays 3:30-4:30 pm.
