Join us for "Tai Chi for Beginners" classes with a certified staff instructor and help improve your balance, relieve your pain, and build your confidence.
Benefits of Tai Chi:
Geared toward children ages 0-5. Come enjoy music, finger plays, dancing, a book, and cooperative play. This is a great program for little children and their caregiver. Tuesdays 10-11am.
Fun weekly-themed stories, songs/games, snack (& craft for big kids)! 10-10:30 is for 0-3yrs, 10:30-11:15 is for 3-10yrs.
Join us every week for Tuesday Tales Story Time at the Black Canyon City Community Library from 10:00-10:30 am. Come for books, songs, and a craft! Older siblings welcome.
A book club for readers sharing with readers. Come and tell other readers about books you’ve read or are reading. Meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month in the Founders Room.
Join us every Tuesday, 10 am - 1 pm, at Mayer Public Library for an informal get together to work on new or old unfinished sewing or craft projects! Come stitch with us and unleash your creativity!
Wildlife in Your Backyard: A Master Gardener Experience
Join the Master Gardeners for an engaging and interactive library event all about living in harmony with wildlife while protecting your garden, yard, and home.
A volunteer will be hosting a Tai Chi program at the Cordes Lakes Library in our conference room. Participants will be following an instructor.

Paws for Friendship
Come read to a therapy dog at the library! Choose a book from our shelves or bring your own. For each dog you read to you will earn a sticker. Once you get to 4 stickers you can choose a free Early Reader book from prize box to keep!

The Yavapai County Sheriffs Office will present a Scams and Fraud class. They sent us some disturbing news about scams in Yavapai County. Even more money is being lost by residents to scams this year than last.
