Prescott Valley Public Library is hosting Morning Stretch. Stay home and stay safe – get your morning start right! Morning Stretch: a slow beginner mat class, lasts about 30-45 minutes. Just a little mat to help improve your yoga practice to the next level, but slowly. Morning Yoga Stretch with Lori Wallach is every Wednesday starting at 8:30 am.
Instructor Lori Wallach has been teaching yoga for over 14 years, and has experience teaching all kinds of yoga, from power yoga to meditation.
