Join Clark Memorial Library for Tai Chi in the Park!
Tai Chi is is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching with the aim of strengthening your mind, body, and overall wellness. This free program for adults is provided by the NACOG Area Agency on Aging. Wear comfortable attire and shoes, and bring water and sunscreen or a sun hat!
Please note that Tai Chi will be at Clarkdale Gazebo Park, not at the library building.
