The Verde NRCD meets at 9 a.m. on the 2nd Friday of each month at Camp Verde Community Library, 130 Black Bridge Loop Road, Camp Verde, AZ 86322. All are welcome.

Friends of the Dewey-Humboldt Town Library are holding their book sales every Monday from 10 am to 12 pm. Stop in to pick up a good read and support your library!  We have a large selection of used books in good condition!

Join us for "Tai Chi for Beginners" classes with a certified staff instructor and help improve your balance, relieve your pain, and build your confidence.

Benefits of Tai Chi:

Geared toward children ages 0-5. Come enjoy music, finger plays, dancing, a book, and cooperative play. This is a great program for little children and their caregiver. Tuesdays 10-11am.

Fun weekly-themed stories, songs/games, snack (& craft for big kids)! 10-10:30 is for 0-3yrs, 10:30-11:15 is for 3-10yrs.

Join us every week for Tuesday Tales Story Time at the Black Canyon City Community Library from 10:00-10:30 am. Come for books, songs, and a craft! Older siblings welcome. 

A book club for readers sharing with readers. Come and tell other readers about books you’ve read or are reading.  Meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month in the Founders Room.

For kids who dream about opening their own business — or who have already taken that first step and want to keep learning — the Camp Verde Community Library (CVCL) will be hosting the Verde Valley Biz Kids Club for ages 7–12.

Local artists meet weekly to paint and chat every Friday from 10:00 - Noon.  Open to all.

Fun Fridays! Time for the kids. We will have games and crafts for 10:00am- 1:00pm and a movie to start between 1:00pm-1:30pm.

Bagdad Library present Books & Coffee Talk! Come discuss the book you are reading or a book or author you love and share it with us while relaxing and enjoying some coffee or tea. Friends of the Bagdad Library will provide coffee and tea.

Hope Women's Center setting up weekly at the library on Tuesdays from 1-4 pm to offer their resources and classes to local women in need of their services.

The Friends of the Bagdad Library is a group of people who work together to improve the library and its services. This includes volunteering, fundraising, planning events, creating exhibits to put on display, and so much more.

Teen Fall Fest

The fall season is almost here! Celebrate the upcoming season with fall-themed snacks, fun activities, and cozy vibes! Bring your friends and enjoy an autumn afternoon at the library!

Kids ages 8-12 take turns playing with our VR headsets! Wednesday, September 10th from 2:30-3:45pm.

Join high school students for Dungeons and Dragons after school.  Snacks provided.  Drop in.  

The Teen Game Room is open on most Thursdays! Game Systems include Wii, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5. Plus, there are also a ton of board games to play as well. There is limited space for the video games. First come, first served.

The First Annual Puzzle Competition at the Clark Memorial Library.

 Limit to 10 teams

 Participants will have 2 hours to construct a 300 piece puzzle.

 Prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.

Join Friends and neighbors for a movie and pizza thanks to the Friends of the Library: "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" with Daniel Radcliffe. 

Teens ages 13-18 can join us to make slime to take home. Bring your friends and let's get slimy! Wednesday, September 10th from 3:30-4:30.

Come over on Wednesdays at 3:30pm and bring your technology troubles!  Pat will be happy to help and teach anything from using your phone to connecting a printer up.  Nothing seems to be too difficult him.
