Join us on the first and third Friday of every month for our hands-on Sewing Class! Whether you're a beginner or looking to brush up on your skills, we'll be using sewing machines to create fun and functional projects.

Meet at Spring Valley Public Library @9am, return around 2pm.  Carpool to Red Rock State Park, and take a hike through the Park.  Have lunch in Cottonwood.  Questions?  Call the Library.

Alcoholics Anonymous meets every Saturday (some exceptions may occur) in the Black Canyon City Community Library's meeting room.

Friends of the Dewey-Humboldt Town Library are holding their book sales every Monday from 10 am to 12 pm. Stop in to pick up a good read and support your library!  We have a large selection of used books in good condition!

Benefits of Tai Chi:

Geared toward children ages 0-5. Come enjoy music, finger plays, dancing, a book, and cooperative play. This is a great program for little children and their caregiver. Tuesdays 10-11am.

Fun weekly-themed stories, songs/games, snack (& craft for big kids)! 10-10:30 is for 0-3yrs, 10:30-11:15 is for 3-10yrs.

Come to a book discussion every 6 weeks. Talk about a book we all read or discuss other similar books. 

Join us every week for Tuesday Tales Story Time at the Black Canyon City Community Library from 10:00-10:30 am. Come for books, songs, and a craft! Older siblings welcome.

Prescott Valley Public Library will be hosting Coffee with a Veteran on Friday, September 19, 2025, from 10AM-NOON. Coffee for Vets is an opportunity for Veterans to socialize, connect with the community, and learn about community resources.

Families and children of all ages are welcome to join us for a storytime. We’ll have fun in an interactive environment, hear a story, learn early literacy skills, play, sing and dance. Saturdays 10-10:30am.

Kids ages 8-17 can come learn to code using Scratch. Every third Saturday 10-11 am.
