Join us on the first and third Friday of every month for our hands-on Sewing Class! Whether you're a beginner or looking to brush up on your skills, we'll be using sewing machines to create fun and functional projects.

Come meet other parents and chat while your children play. This is intended for caregivers and their children ages 0-5.

Join us for a special Smokey Bear Storytime! Enjoy stories, songs, and activities that celebrate nature, fire safety, and caring for our forests—plus a special visit from Smokey Bear himself!

Geared toward children ages 0-5. Come enjoy music, finger plays, dancing, a book, and cooperative play. This is a great program for little children and their caregiver. Tuesdays 10-11am.

Bring your little ones for a delightful craft session made just for them! Perfect for toddler and homeschoolers, this event offer simple yet engaging activity to spark creativity and fun! Gobble up some fun this November!

Families and children of all ages are welcome to join us for a storytime. We’ll have fun in an interactive environment, hear a story, learn early literacy skills, play, sing and dance. Saturdays 10-10:30am.

Come read to a therapy dog at the library! Choose a book from our shelves or bring your own. For each dog you read to you will earn a sticker. Once you get to 4 stickers you can choose a free Early Reader book from prize box to keep!

Whether it's the grim darkness of Warhammer 40,000, the Mortal Realms of Warhammer: Age of Sigmar, or even a galaxy far, far away in Star Wars: Legion, wargaming is a hobby with something for everyone.

Join us every Friday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM for a fun-filled Kids Club at the Ash Fork Library! Each week, we mix things up with a variety of activities including arts and crafts, painting, games, movies, and outdoor adventures at the park.

STEAM projects for kids in grades 1-8

Takes place every Friday in the STEAM trailer when weather permits, otherwise inside the library. 

Each 1st Friday 1-4pm learn to fold new Origami designs! Free, paper provided, recommended for ages 10 and up. Younger folders will need parental assistance.

Come play or learn to play chess with others! All ages/skills welcome. Free. Chess sets provided or bring your own.

Come build something fun with Legos and other kids! For all ages students, kids under 5 must be supervised by their parents. Free, Legos provided, leave your own Legos at home.

Come join us for this informational talk at the Yarnell Regional Community Center to learn how to set up a holiday buffet table with things you already have in your home!

Children of all ages and their caregivers are invited to come listen to a book and do a related craft.

Musicians Open Mic Night at the library!  Takes place weekly every Monday.  Coffee and water are available at no charge, attendees may bring cookies or other small snacks for a snack potluck.
