Come meet other parents and chat while your children play. This is intended for caregivers and their children ages 0-5.

Geared toward children ages 0-5. Come enjoy music, finger plays, dancing, a book, and cooperative play. This is a great program for little children and their caregiver. Tuesdays 10-11am.

Join Friends and neighbors as discuss: "Patriots Day" with Mark Wahlberg, Kevin Bacon, John Goodman, J.K. Simmons and Michelle Monaghan. 

Families and children of all ages are welcome to join us for a storytime. We’ll have fun in an interactive environment, hear a story, learn early literacy skills, play, sing and dance. Saturdays 10-10:30am.

Come read to a therapy dog at the library! Choose a book from our shelves or bring your own. For each dog you read to you will earn a sticker. Once you get to 4 stickers you can choose a free Early Reader book from prize box to keep!

Experience the magic of the holidays at the Prescott Valley Public Library with a dramatic reading of A Christmas Carol presented by One Stage Family Theatre.

Whether it's the grim darkness of Warhammer 40,000, the Mortal Realms of Warhammer: Age of Sigmar, or even a galaxy far, far away in Star Wars: Legion, wargaming is a hobby with something for everyone.

Join us every Friday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM for a fun-filled Kids Club at the Ash Fork Library! Each week, we mix things up with a variety of activities including arts and crafts, painting, games, movies, and outdoor adventures at the park.

Free hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math fun!

STEAM projects for kids in grades 1-8

Takes place every Friday in the STEAM trailer when weather permits, otherwise inside the library. 

The YRCC will be having a talk on "The Power of Nutrition" with Sue Dickerson. 

Come learn about nutrition labels, and the ins and outs of what's in your food!

Come build and create with fun gadgets, robots, building sets and more! Also each month we will explore a science experiment and/or art project. Free, for school age students.

Come play or learn to play chess with others! All ages/skills welcome. Free. Chess sets provided or bring your own.

Come build something fun with Legos and other kids! For all ages students, kids under 5 must be supervised by their parents. Free, Legos provided, leave your own Legos at home.

Join us for some fun & games! Board games, cards and Legos will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring in your favorite game and share the fun with others. Friends of the Bagdad Library will have snacks for sale too!

Musicians Open Mic Night at the library!  Takes place weekly every Monday.  Coffee and water are available at no charge, attendees may bring cookies or other small snacks for a snack potluck.

Music in the Stacks is a showcase of local and national musicians who entertain regularly in Northern Arizona. There are 3-5 different performers during the show, with a rotating variety each month.
