Join us for Yoga at the library!  Wear comfy clothes and bring a mat or towel.

Join us for "Tai Chi for Beginners" classes with a certified staff instructor and help improve your balance, relieve your pain, and build your confidence.

Benefits of Tai Chi:

A volunteer will be hosting a Tai Chi program at the Cordes Lakes Library in our conference room. Participants will be following an instructor.

Join us for Intro to Qigong (Tai Chi performed for health is a form of Qigong) with a certified staff instructor and help improve your balance, relieve your pain, and build your confidence.

Join us for "Learn Tai Chi: Meditation in Motion" classes with a certified staff instructor every Friday at Mayer Public Library.

Join us for Advanced Tai Chi with a certified instructor and help improve your balance, relieve your pain, and build your confidence.

Crafting for Meals on Wheels Christmas gifts along with other crafts during the year.

Come relax at the Mayer Public Library every Saturday with a movie, coloring, and socializing. ADULTS ONLY please, movie selection will be geared towards a more mature audience.

Each session will include: 

Come play (or learn to play!) chess! All ages and skill levels welcome. Held year-round except on National Holidays. Chess sets provided or bring your own.

Musicians Open Mic Night at the library!  Takes place weekly every Monday.  Coffee and water are available at no charge, attendees may bring cookies or other small snacks for a snack potluck.
