Prescott Valley Public Library is hosting Chair Yoga. Stay home and stay safe – this is not boring you can do yoga! Chair Yoga appropriate for all levels. This makes yoga accessible without the worry of getting up and down to and from the floor. We will work on improving balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation techniques.
Instructor Lori Wallach has been teaching yoga for over 14 years, and has experience teaching all kinds of yoga, from power yoga to meditation.
Chair Yoga class is Monday through Friday at starting at 10:00 am.
