Reserve a Room (by room)

Black Canyon Heritage Park has an area outdoors with a few picnic tables (and area for more tables/chairs) located by a pond for your next family picnic to larger corporate or social events. There is adequate parking for at least 40 cars.

1st Floor Small Study/Meeting room.

1st Floor meeting room can be isolated from the rest of the library with an entrance at the back of the building. Adjacent to the kitchen & back patio with a pass-through window between the kitchen and Terracotta Room. Stained cement floor, is easy to clean. Easy access to restrooms.

Holds 34 with tables and chairs; 60 if only chairs are used.

Excellent facility for Family Reunions, Birthday Celebrations and Potlucks.

The Glassford Hill Room is located on the first floor of the library.  This meeting space is equipped with a SmartTV , a portable lectern and whiteboard.  Tables and chairs may be arranged in different ways such as classroom, u-shape, conference and hollow square style.  The Glassford Hill Room is suitable for large group meetings or classes.  The room does not have a standard door but portable sliding panels are available to provide privacy.   Due to the proximity of the room to the front desk and the general public computer areas, noise levels must be kept to a minimum.  The use of microphones is not allowed.

The PC Lab is located on the second floor of the library.  It is equipped with an instructor desk top computer, a screen and overhead projector and 20 laptops.  This room is well suited for computer training, classes and business presentations.
